hexdec() - math

Returns the decimal equivalent of the hexadecimal number
   represented by the hex_string argument.
   hexdec() converts a hexadecimal string to a
   decimal number.

Parameters : 
 hex_string - The hexadecimal string to convert 

Syntax

number hexdec
     ( string $hex_string
    )

Example
